Plant-Based Protein Sources
As a plant-based college athlete who loves to lift, I know how important protein consumption can be for muscle growth. Being vegan, the first thing people ask me is, "Where do you get your protein?" A year ago, I'd tell you from my avocado toast I would have everyday at lunch. Now, I can confidently say that I consume 130-145g of protein daily! I am more knowledgeable regarding plant-based proteins and want to help others achieve their daily protein intake!
